Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne will be closed to all visitors and non-essential health care personnel as of 5:00 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2020.On Sunday morning our management team will be meeting to devise a plan for you to keep in touch with your loved ones, and we will be communicating those plans to you. Please be assured that we are taking every precaution to protect those you have entrusted to our care.
