We invite you to join our new Alzheimer’s Support Group early next year.

Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne will be starting an Alzheimer’s Support Group in 2018.  Alzheimer’s disease is the sixth leading cause of death in the United States.  Every 66 seconds someone in the United Stated develops the disease.  If you have a loved one with memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer’s, we warmly welcome you to join. We will offer information, support and encouragement as we share our knowledge and experiences with each other.  These meetings are safe, confidential and supportive.
